Consistent and reliable attendance
Opens all types of new deposit accounts
Answers all telephone inquiries relating to deposit accounts and account verifications
Completes address changes, check orders, research requests, ATM/Debit card orders, additions or removals of account holders, re-set online accounts, assist customers on Banno Conversations, stop payments, VISA gift cards, savings bonds, wire transfers, balancing customer check books, ATM/Debit disputes, asset verifications.
Complete wire documents and debits, input the information and email the Wire Transfer Administrator to submit the wire to complete the wire process
Opens and closes CD & IRA accounts.
