Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role based in Waltham, MA, for a Quick Lane Technician / Express Technician. Responsibilities include performing maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, as well as conducting multi-point inspections. Additional duties include diagnosing and resolving minor vehicle issues, keeping detailed vehicle records, and working collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional customer service. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is essential to the role.
Qualifications
- Experience with routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services (2 years preferred)
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and minor repairs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
- Prior experience in a dealership or similar automotive service environment is an advantage
