Position Summary
The Commercial Service Administrative Assistant serves as a key point of contact between customers, field staff, and the Commercial Service Department. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure daily service activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the Commercial Service Department
- Act as the main point of contact between field staff and the office
- Provide administrative support to the Service Department Manager, including scheduling, correspondence, and general office tasks
- Process and manage incoming paperwork from field staff, vendors, and subcontractors
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and invoice completed projects
- Utilize and maintain company software systems
- Track daily field staff activities and appointments, including onsite time
- Prepare and submit daily activity and performance reports to the Service Manager
- Attend all required company meetings
- Assist the Service Department Manager with special projects as needed
- Perform general administrative duties

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Willingness to be flexible and assist where needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Familiarity with the commercial construction industry preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Experience with construction CRM software or willingness to learn
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
