ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

Use your exceptional attention to detail to accurately prepare outgoing mail?

Safely and efficiently utilize commercial printing/folding/metering equipment

Diligently scan and upload documents and faxes??

Inquisitively and creatively find and fix recurring issues while making minor policy changes in a customized software program??

Work in a self-directed manner, identifying what needs to be taken care of and following through

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Well-organized with excellent attention to detail??

Ability to provide unparalleled customer service??

Familiarity with Microsoft products, ability to type and use a 10-key (required)??

1-3 years customer service, administrative, or mail room experience (preferred)??

A familiarity with insurance processing (preferred)?
