Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Preparation Worker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of food items, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is essential in supporting our kitchen operations, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of food service areas for events, including banquets and catering functions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
• Provide support in bussing tables and serving food as required during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation or a related culinary field is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
• Experience in restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Base Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
