Role Description
After nearly 9 incredible years with our team, my Loan Officer Assistant/Processor is retiring. We are looking for an experienced, highly detail-oriented professional to step into this vital role and help us continue delivering exceptional service. In 2025 my team closed 100 Units for $64,261,723 in loan fundings!
Position: Loan Officer Assistant / Processor
What We’re Looking For:
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Experienced in loan processing, Encompass and Loan Officer Duties
- Strong communication and follow-through skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines with precision
Key Responsibilities: Pipeline Manager & Pre-Approval Pipeline Manager
Pipeline Manager
- Must be proficient in Encompass
- Oversee deadlines and timelines for all loans in process
- Work with processing team to ensure timelines are being met
- Complete weekly LSU updates for agents
- Maintain clear communication with all parties to ensure smooth progress
Pre-Approval Pipeline Manager
- On pre-approvals - Gather all required documentation needed after I complete the initial loan consultation/application is completed
- Analyze income and supporting documents for accuracy
- Prepare and submit complete pre-approval files to underwriting for fully approved status.
- Follow up with pre-approvals in the system to keep buyers engaged.
