Hardware Product Manager

Your Role:

Own the full hardware product lifecycle—from concept and customer discovery through launch and post-launch optimization—partnering across engineering, operations, marketing, sales, and customer care.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and execute the product vision and multi-year roadmap—with clear value propositions

by customer segment

• Write product briefs and requirements spanning customer experience, performance, reliability,

cost, and manufacturability

• Lead customer discovery and validation (research, usability studies, betas) to inform personas,

prioritization, and pricing strategy

• Drive cross-functional execution through development gates (concept through launch),

delivering on time, on cost, and at quality

• Own the full product lifecycle: SKU strategy, refreshes, end-of-life decisions, and margin/COGS

management

What You’ll Bring:

• 5–7 years of hardware product management experience with end-to-end ownership from

concept through launch and lifecycle

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful launches, balancing scope,

schedule, cost, and quality

• Strong customer research skills: synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear

requirements and prioritization

• Familiarity with manufacturing (DFM/DFA, supplier management, cost-down, quality systems)

preferred

• Executive-ready communicator with a track record of influencing stakeholders and presenting

recommendations with confidence
