This is a full-time, on-site role based in Littleton, CO, for a Worship Pastor. The Worship Pastor will lead and oversee the worship music ministry, plan and coordinate worship services, and collaborate with church leadership to align musical worship with the church's mission. Responsibilities include mentoring and guiding worship team members, organizing worship rehearsals, utilizing tools like ProPresenter for service preparation, and providing pastoral care to the worship team and congregation.
- Strong proficiency in Worship Music, Music, and Music Ministry
- Experience with ProPresenter and other worship service technology
- Ability to provide Pastoral Care and spiritual guidance
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
- A heart for ministry and a passion for creating a meaningful worship experience
- Relevant experience in worship leadership; a degree in Worship Ministry, Theology, or Music is a plus
