- The Dining Room Manager is responsible for all aspects dining room, including, hiring, orientation and training of all wait staff, insures adequate staffing to meet resident needs and coordinates community special events and functions.
- The Dining Room Manager insures overall resident satisfaction with dining services department.
- This position participates in community department manager meetings.
- Some experience in restaurant management, banquet or catering experience preferred.
- Some experience in the Senior Living industry preferred and must have some management experience.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in managing line employees, an understanding of the dietary needs of seniors and in the community.
- Must be a high school graduate.
- ServSafe certification a plus.
