Position Title: Watersound Specialist (New Homes / Onsite Builder Sales)
Overview:
Watersound Real Estate Builder Services is seeking a high-performing, experienced new home sales professional to join our onsite team as a core Watersound Specialist. This is a premier opportunity within one of the most active and sought-after new home communities on the Emerald Coast, working alongside the developer and multiple builder partners in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This role is designed for a proven producer who thrives in new construction sales, understands the importance of structure and consistency, and can convert opportunities at a high level while representing our Builders and the Watersound brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new construction home sales across multiple builder product lines within Watersound Origins community.
- Represent Watersound Real Estate as a transaction agent, ensuring compliance with all brokerage standards and procedures
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all inventory, floorplans, pricing, builder offerings, and community positioning
- Manage and convert onsite traffic, broker relationships, and incoming opportunities into executed contracts
- Utilize the brokerage’s CRM system to consistently track, manage, and follow up on all leads and pipeline activity
- Execute disciplined and proactive follow-up to maximize conversion and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Realtor co-brokers to drive additional sales opportunities and referrals
- Work closely with 9 builder partners to support inventory movement and align with overall sales strategy
- Deliver a high-level customer experience from initial engagement through closing
- Collaborate with internal team members to maintain strong onsite coverage, communication, and performance standards
Requirements:
- Onsite new home sales experience is required (no exceptions)
- Proven track record of production and conversion in new home sales
- Strong understanding of builder contracts, construction timelines, and the new construction sales process
- Experience operating as a transaction agent
- Highly organized with strong CRM discipline and pipeline management skills
- Ability to manage multiple builder relationships while maintaining consistency and professionalism
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a competitive, results-driven approach
- Florida Real Estate license must be active and in good standing
- References required
Schedule & Expectations:
- Must be available to support 7-day onsite coverage, including weekends and holidays
- Expected to maintain a high level of activity, responsiveness, and consistent follow-up
- Must be fully engaged in the onsite team environment and committed to performance standards
- Must maintain reliable transportation with a clean, professional appearance and adhere to a minimum of business casual dress standard while onsite.
Compensation & Structure:
- 100% commission-based role (1099 Independent Contractor)
- Partial team-shared compensation environment tied to individual performance and production
- Strong emphasis on building and maintaining Realtor co-broker relationships to drive additional business
