Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and develop a dynamic team of 25-40 employees, including Assistant Managers and baristas, to deliver top-tier customer service.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience by maintaining high service standards, product quality, and a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Operations & Compliance: Uphold food safety protocols, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and equipment maintenance.
- Performance Management: Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
- Sales & Profitability: Drive sales, monitor store performance, and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Scheduling & Staffing: Create and manage staff schedules to optimize productivity while balancing labor costs.
- Financial Accountability: Oversee cash handling, reporting, and adherence to company policies and financial procedures.
