What You’ll Do 🎯
🎉 Cultivating a work hard/play hard team culture. You’ll assist in hiring, retention of staff, coaching and mentoring, and promoting our company’s Core Values.
🧭 Leading day-to-day operations across attractions, food & beverage, parties and events.
📦 Managing vendor relationships, placing orders, scheduling maintenance, etc.
💡 Building strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
🙌 Partnering with the General Manager to execute operational and strategic initiatives, drive sales, create schedules, and problem solve.

- $50,000 - $55,000 annual salary

What We’re Looking For ✅
- Hospitality or Family Entertainment background (Theme Parks, FECs, Restaurants, Hotels, etc.)
- 3 Years in a leadership or management role
- CPR & First Aid Certified preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- This role requires flexibility—you’ll work days, nights, and weekends as needed (because that’s when the magic happens!)
- Pro at balancing fun and accountability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Outgoing and personable, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal driven and the drive to consistently hit goals.
- Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
