Job Description:
• Assists in the preparation of food items according to recipes and restaurant standards
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment
• Ensures all food is properly stored, labeled, and handled in accordance with food safety guidelines
• Works with kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
• Cleans and sanitizes dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment as needed
• Stocks and restocks kitchen supplies and ingredients
• Assists with receiving and storing deliveries
• Follows all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
• Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Education and Experience:
• Must be at least sixteen years old
• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required
• Must successfully complete restaurant training program
• Must have current/valid Food Handlers permit from Tulsa Health Department
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of standing and working in a kitchen environment
• Must be able to lift up to 30–50 pounds
• Ability to work in hot, fast-paced conditions
