Calling all motivated line cooks! Watershed Hospitality has a number of full-service, fast-paced, high-volume restaurants and bars serving energetic, passionate and discerning crowds. You’ll bring your understanding of sanitation, your ability to execute dishes flawlessly and your positive attitude - and we’ll bring opportunities for learning and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritizes tickets efficiently; time management is paramount to success in this role

• Proactively sets up and stocks stations with supplies

• Understands food portioning for restaurant menu and specifications

• Stressful environment; need to be able to coordinate tickets

• Maintains composure, remains calm and patient despite dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Completes standard processes using Good Time Charley’s endorsed methods

• Supports other team members to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience

• Completes side work with professionalism and commitment to quality

• Brings a positive attitude every shift and treats everyone (clients and colleagues alike) with respect

• Maintains composure, remains calm and patient despite dynamic, fast-paced environment
