Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ann Arbor, MI, for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure high standards of customer service, and maintain inventory and budgets. Responsibilities include hiring and training employees, developing operational procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving financial performance. The General Manager will also collaborate with marketing teams to promote the business and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Leadership and management skills, including hiring, training, and staff development

- Financial management skills, including budgeting, inventory management, and driving financial performance
- Customer service skills and the ability to maintain high standards of service

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred

- Salary range from $67,500-$75,000
