Job Title: Foreman - Landscape, Hardscape, Waterscape
Position Type: Full-Time – Regular Hours - Year-Round
Pay Type: Hourly
Pay Range: $22.00-28.00/hour
Location: Alden, NY
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated, dependable Foreman to lead field crews and oversee the installation and maintenance of landscape, hardscape, and waterscape projects throughout Western New York.
The Foreman is a hands-on leader who works alongside the crew while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily field operations and crew members
- Oversee landscape, hardscape, and water feature installations
- Perform and oversee water feature maintenance and service
- Train and develop less-experienced employees
- Read plans, organize materials, and coordinate daily job tasks
- Operate and maintain trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional jobsites
- Communicate with Project Managers and Customers as needed
- Identify and solve problems in the field
- Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to company standards
Qualifications:
- Previous landscape, hardscape, waterscape, or construction experience is a PLUS
- Leadership or crew-lead experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Safety-conscious
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Requires physical labor in various weather conditions, and ability to lift up to 85lbs
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Available to work Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 5pm
