We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a very successful, stable, and fast-growing Green Industry company, Watersavers. This career opportunity will be based out of our San Rafael, CA artificial turf showroom.
With over 30 years of wholesale experience and 6 locations across Northern California, we are growing rapidly and need an Administrative Assistant that will serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of client accounts, with the main focus being on customer retention and growth.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure customers derive maximum value from our services and work closely with customers to identify needs.
- Identify new opportunities from within existing accounts, partnering with the Division Manager to aid in increasing revenue.
- Ensure a deep enough understanding of customers’ individual experiences to head off potential issues before they become problems.
- Fully assist in the management of key accounts (portfolio) through pricing negotiation, offers and sales of products, etc.
- Drive customer retention, up-sells, and customer satisfaction.
- Hit personal sales goals; as well as assist the department in hitting the overall sales goals.
- Ensure an efficient sales process (quotes, samples, technical requests) as well as accurate sales forecasting.
- Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Work closely with Division Manager on day-to-day operations, including new accounts, customer issues, etc.
- Identify and approach potential clients.
- Answer customers’ inquiries on a daily basis.
- Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues.
- Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements.
