Lunch/Dinner Server

Pay Rate- $18.75 per hour

The primary functions of an Lead Wait are:

• Work with other Wait Staff as a team
• Ensure dining area is clean and prepared for meal service, including table settings and placement of centerpieces 
• Greet residents and guests once seated
• Present menus, explain options, and answer questions about the menu
• Take and deliver food orders, paying attention to published dietary restrictions of residents
• Work with and direct dinner wait staff in insuring the completion of side tasks and proper dining room turnover

We are looking for Full-time on the dinner shift (11:00-am-7:30pm)

Full-time is a rotating schedule of 4 days on, 2 days off 

Minimum qualifications are:

• 21 years of age
• Ability to work effectively with all personality types
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate clearly and audibly while working with elders with hearing deficits
• Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals
• Ability to follow written and oral directions
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Push/pull 75 pounds up to 100 feet

Employment requirements include:

• Current COVID-19 vaccination
