Bring your passion, leadership, and love for hospitality to a place where you can truly make a difference. This position will involve the set up and tear down of a portable campus every Sunday.
Type: Part-Time, Hourly
Work Schedule: The weekly schedule will be flexible and based on the needs of the position.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 25 lbs (minimum)

- Work closely under the leadership of the Guest Experience Director to oversee
- Host Team environments at a multi-site campus
- Provide support for tasks that assist all campuses in creating exceptional guest experiences
- Lead and inspire volunteers to create memorable first impressions for our guests
- Manage the scheduling, communication, and care of Host Team volunteers
- Motivate and coach volunteers through training and intentional development
- Recruit and develop future Host Team volunteers, fostering strong leadership
- Champion the Next Steps process and guide individuals through the Growth Track
- Maintain and update our database for effective management of teams and guests
