Waters Corporation is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Market Intelligence and Strategy for our Advanced Diagnostics Division (~$2B revenue).
1. Build robust market models to gain in-depth understanding of TAM/SAM, market size and share, Mekko, to provide insights to Segments
2. Drive competitive intelligence, primary & secondary market research, draw insights for Segments and Regions
3. Lead ADx Strategic planning, articulate ADx strategy
4. Lead select strategic initiatives
* Bachelor's degree or above in a technical field; MBA preferred.
* IVD Diagnostics industry experience strongly preferred.
* 3-4 years at top tier strategy consulting firm experience strongly preferred.
* Strong executive presence with outstanding communication and influencing skills.
* Strong analytical skills, written communication skills.
* Strategic mindset with a bias for action, innovation, and measurable commercial impact.

Salary : $195,000 - $325,000
