- Drive innovation within the service portfolio by evaluating and implementing digital and AI-enabled capabilities that enhance service delivery, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Lead service plan commercialization and pricing strategy for new LC/MS and analytical instrument introductions, ensuring successful launch readiness and adoption.
- Analyze portfolio performance using key business metrics including revenue, renewal rates, attach rates, margin, and customer retention to identify growth opportunities and drive business results.
- Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Service Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and regional commercial teams to deliver strategic initiatives and portfolio enhancements.
- Develop business cases, market assessments, and investment recommendations that improve competitiveness, customer value, and portfolio profitability.
- Engage directly with customers, field teams, and commercial leaders to translate market insights into differentiated service offerings and lifecycle strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Service Product Management, or related commercial leadership roles with significant revenue responsibility.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience in portfolio strategy, pricing, profitability management, financial analysis, forecasting, and commercialization.
- Working knowledge of Liquid Chromatography (LC), Mass Spectrometry (MS), analytical laboratory workflows, and instrumentation service business models.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a complex matrix organization while driving alignment and execution without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and executive presentation skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Demonstrated interest or experience leveraging digital technologies, automation, and AI to create innovative products, services, or customer experiences.
