Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Chemistry Sales Specialists through clear expectations, ongoing feedback, onboarding, and career development.
- Build and sustain technical, commercial, and consultative selling excellence while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a regional business plan aligned with corporate strategy, translating objectives into actionable territory‑level priorities.
- Drive new business development and competitive account penetration through strong alignment between sales specialists, account managers, and marketing partners.
- Own regional forecasting accuracy by actively managing pipeline health, opportunity quality, conversion trends, and key commercial KPIs.
- Identify performance risks and growth opportunities, implementing corrective actions to deliver sustained revenue, growth, and customer engagement.
- Maintain senior‑level customer relationships, support high‑impact technical engagements, act as an escalation point, and partner cross‑functionally to ensure operational excellence and effective CRM utilization
- Minimum of BS/BA in chemistry or a related discipline
- At least 3 years LC and/or LC/MS experience.
- Sales experience, including sales management experience
- Action oriented, organized and meticulous, and self-driven
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills
- Mature disposition, positive attitude and strong sense of commitment
- Adaptive to dynamic and changing environment
