Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, plastics, shampoo, washing, waxing, ceramic, buffing, PPF and more.
- Drive vehicles safely to and from the detailing area.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues and report them to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment used in the detailing process.
- Stay updated on the latest detailing techniques and products to enhance service quality.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive detailing is required.
- Familiarity with car wash techniques, buffing methods, ceramic coating, polishing and window tinting is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A valid driver's license is required for driving vehicles during the detailing process.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
