What Makes a Great Watermelon Swim Instructor:
· Passionate, friendly, reliable, and patient
· A strong communicator who easily builds trust with kids and parents
· Experience working with children (bonus if you love making them smile!)
· Must be CPR/First Aid certified within the first 45 days of hire
· At least 16 years old
