As our Junior Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining Watermark Books & Café's visual brand across all digital channels. You will be responsible for creating and editing video content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience. Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualize, plan, and produce video content for Watermark Books & Café's social media channels, website, and other digital platforms- Edit and polish raw footage into high-quality videos that align with our brand voice and appeal to our target audience- Collaborate with our marketing and social media team to come up with creative ideas for video content and campaigns- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging video editing techniques- Manage and maintain video files, including organization, storage, and backups- Update and maintain our YouTube channel, including uploading and optimizing videos Qualifications:- 1-2 years of experience in video editing or a related field- Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar- A portfolio showcasing your previous work and demonstrating your creative and technical abilities- Knowledge of social media platforms and their video requirements- A passion for storytelling and creating visually appealing content- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Excellent time management and organizational skills- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges At Watermark Books & Café, we value diversity and inclusivity, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
