Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Mount Dora, FL. The Occupational Therapist will assess and treat patients to enhance their functional independence and quality of life. Key responsibilities include developing personalized therapy plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, providing rehabilitation and therapeutic interventions, and delivering care tailored to both adult and pediatric populations. Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Occupational Therapy, with knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with medical principles and the ability to apply therapeutic strategies effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Experience or interest in working with both adult and Pediatric populations.
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to design and execute customized therapy plans.
- Experience in a nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus.
