Pay: $17.48 – $18.00 per hour, DOE
Position: Housekeeper
Position Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility, including building areas, grounds, and fixtures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the building and grounds to ensure a clean, neat, and presentable environment
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the facility
- Clean restrooms, including disinfecting toilets, sinks, and floors, and restocking supplies as needed
- Remove trash and dispose of it in designated areas
- Maintain and properly use all janitorial equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or major repair needs to management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior housekeeping or related experience preferred
Required Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective time management
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
