- Support and help implement the Head Coach's vision for the Swim & Diving program.
- Provide positive leadership for all levels of Swim & Diving.
- Communicate with all stake holders of program.
- Teach life and sport specific skills that will lead to individual and team success
- Commitment to all around success of Waterloo West / Waterloo United.
