Brand Representative

Waterloo Turf – Waco, TX

Hours: 8–10 hours per week

Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: Extremely flexible

Waterloo Turf is a family-owned artificial turf company proudly serving Waco and the surrounding communities. We help homeowners and businesses transform outdoor spaces with low-maintenance, beautiful turf solutions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Social Butterfly to help us tell our story and build brand awareness locally.

This is a part-time, flexible role perfect for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, and community engagement. You’ll work directly with the owner to showcase our projects, highlight before-and-after transformations, and help Waterloo Turf stay top-of-mind across social platforms.

If you enjoy creating content, meeting people, and supporting a growing local business—this role is for you.

• Capture and post before-and-after photos and short videos from job sites
• Create engaging content for:
• Instagram
• Facebook
• TikTok
• Indeed (employer branding & posts)
• Act as a brand ambassador for Waterloo Turf in the Waco community
• Collaborate with the owner on:
• Local marketing initiatives
• Community events
• Promotions and campaigns
• Maintain a consistent posting cadence and positive brand voice
• Help grow local brand awareness, engagement, and visibility

• Comfortable being on camera and behind the camera
• Active on social media and understands what performs well
• Creative, reliable, and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with photo/video editing apps (CapCut, Instagram tools, etc.) is a plus
• Passion for supporting local, family-owned businesses

No formal marketing degree required—creativity and consistency matter most.
