This is a full-time, on-site role based in Waco, TX, for a Turf Pro/Sales Specialist. The role involves managing day-to-day sales activities including identifying and reaching out to potential clients, delivering product presentations, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities also include offering excellent customer service, maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, and assisting with training initiatives for those looking to incorporate artificial turf for their personal or professional projects. - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand and address client needs.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive project execution and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in Training and guiding clients or teams on products or processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects and facilitate seamless operations.
- Knowledge of artificial turf systems or a related construction/landscaping background is a significant advantage.
