- Support and help implement the Head Coach's vision for the Girls Track and Field program
- Provide positive leadership for all levels of Track and Field
- Communicate with all stake holders of program.
- Teach life and sport specific skills that will lead to individual and team success
- Commitment to all around success of George Washington Carver Academy
