Two positions at Waterloo Middle School

10-month positions, 6.5 Hours/day, 32.5 hours/week

The Teacher Aide will assist the teacher with the performance of routine classroom duties such as managing records and materials, attending to students physical needs, helping students with clothing, monitoring students, proctoring exams, having students line up, setting up classroom materials, distributing and collecting papers.

SALARY: $16.00/hour per current WNIEA contract of agreement. Benefits include free health insurance, paid sick and personal days and paid holidays.

The ability to establish good relationships with students and staff; familiarity with school and classroom routine; courtesy; dependability; above average clerical aptitude; initiative and resourcefulness; Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position. Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma.
