Commercial Swimming Pool Service Technician
Immediate full-time position for a experienced commercial swimming pool technician in Southern California.
We are seeking a individual that has worked in the commercial swimming pool atmosphere with diverse skills in plumbing, electrical, controls, water chemistry, and troubleshooting. You will be in an active environment working with new clients and challenges daily.
You will be supplied a company truck which can be taking home nightly along with tools. We prefer to hire an individual with at least 5 years experience within the Aquatic Industry. Must have the ability to learn in a changing environment. We will provide on going training to make the position successful!

Summary
As a Service Technician you will be responsible for performing pm maintenance agreements, repairs call including:
- Water Chemistry
- Chemistry Controls
- Pump Room maintenance ( Pumps, Filters, Heaters)
- Commercial Pool Cleaners
- Maintaining Excellent Customer Service
- Have a high level of Competence
- Great Communication Skills
- Able to do other smaller equipment repairs
- Communication is a vital part with clients with the position
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide service and customer support.
2. Install and start up equipment
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and controls with the ability to properly fix the problem.
4. Able to document an accurate and detailed service report including putting together quotes and invoices.
5. Document the processes
6. Maintain and keep company truck clean and stocked
7. Operate company vehicle in a safe manner
8. Maintain a clean driving record
9. Understating of the financial responsibility for vehicle, tools, computer, phone, etc.
10. Maintain and build a healthy relationship with customer, subcontractors, and team members.
11. Assist and support other technicians with repairs, maintenance and installations when needed.
12. Ability to assist customer in emergency situations during off hours. (not common)
13. Other duties as assigned by Manager

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in Aquatics with Commercial Swimming Pools

Travel
Required to drive to customer accounts daily. Home every night.
