'Responsibilities'
- Handle multi-line phone systems and direct calls efficiently.
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Assist with accounts receivable: posting payments, preparing invoices, following up on outstanding balances.
- Assist with accounts payable: entering bills, processing payments, reconciling vendor accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in QuickBooks Online.
- Communicate with customers and vendors as needed to resolve order or billing questions.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 24.0 per week
