What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Specialist position at Waterline Controls?

Waterline Controls is looking to bring on a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) right away! The CSS position will take the market offerings Waterline Controls has and use those tools to propel WLC into the everchanging marketplace by servicing existing customer needs/ , growing those partnerships while exposing new users and clients to the WLC solution.

DESCRIPTION

  • Support Sales growth in all activities to increase sales volume and drive market share of Waterline Controls
  • Develop new and maintain existing trustworthy and credible Sales people, Distributors, and customer relationships.
  • Help assess potential/application of company products and services to create solutions that effectively meet customer needs
  • Ensure customer requests are met in timely manner while achieving outbound sales metrics
  • Bonus incentives apply after six months

  • Proficient in MSOffice

QUALIFICATIONS

  • An Associates Technical Degree or a business related degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of a bachelor degree
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer Service experience required
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced environment

Position Software Used

  • Pipedrive (CRM)
  • Quickbooks online (Estimates and Invoices to customers)
  • Microsoft Office suite either PC or MAC
  • SaaS Knowledge is a Bonus
  • Knowledge of Internet Marketing is a Bonus
