What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Massage Therapist position at Waterland Performance?
Licensed Massage Therapist – Room Rental Opportunity | Tacoma, WA
Waterland Performance is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) interested in renting treatment space within our Tacoma clinic. We are passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered health and wellness services to our community and would love to welcome a massage therapist whose approach and values complement the care already being provided within our clinic.
The Opportunity
We have a private treatment room available to rent by the day, offering an excellent opportunity for an established or growing massage therapist who wants a professional clinic environment without the overhead of maintaining a full-time office.
This is not an employment position with Waterland Performance. The massage therapist would operate their own independent practice and rent space within our clinic.
The ideal practitioner is someone who values excellent client care, professionalism, collaboration, and being part of a positive healthcare environment.
What’s Included
- Flexible rental days based on availability and your preferred schedule
- Furnished private treatment room
- Utilities included
- Wi-Fi included
- Access to on-site bathrooms and showers
- Professional clinic environment shared with other healthcare providers
- In-house referrals from clinicians
You May Be a Great Fit If You:
- Are a currently licensed massage therapist in Washington State
- Provide thoughtful, high-quality, client-centered care
- Are professional, dependable, and comfortable operating your own independent practice
- Enjoy working in a collaborative health and wellness environment
- Are interested in developing relationships with other healthcare professionals and becoming part of an established clinic community
- Are passionate about helping people move, feel, and function better
Rental Arrangement
Treatment space is available for day rental, allowing you to maintain your own independent massage practice while working from a professional clinic setting.
The LMT is responsible for operating their own business, including their own scheduling, client relationships, documentation, billing/payment collection, licensing, and applicable business requirements.
Interested? We'd love to connect, learn more about your practice, and show you the space.
