About the Company
WWMG Law, a premier civil litigation firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced civil litigation paralegal to join our dynamic team. This full-time, hourly position offers an opportunity to support high-stakes civil litigation matters in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, including preparing settlement agreements, drafting subpoenas, drafting written discovery documents, preparing medical/billing summaries, motions practice, and trial preparation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in civil litigation, preferably in California state and federal courts.
- Familiarity with federal civil procedure.
- Strong knowledge of California civil procedure code and rules required.
- Proficiency in legal software such as Clio, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Accountable, self-starter, with excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
- Associate's degree or paralegal certificate required; bachelor's degree in a related field is a bonus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Remote working arrangements available for the right candidate.

Pay range and compensation package
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary range is $30.00 to $40.00 per hour depending upon experience.
