About the Role
As the dedicated support member across several Waterhouse client accounts, you will work hand-in-hand with our account leads to strategize and execute internal and external communications, and branding and marketing engagements. You will glean a diverse skillset that includes how to deliver exceptional client service, support our internal teams to deliver the best work, and play a significant role in bringing to life a diverse spectrum of brand, creative, employee experience, diversity and inclusion, culture, print, video, and digital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end execution of client deliverables with supervision.
- Preparing project plans and timelines, and ensuring all deliverables finish on time and on budget.
- Creating deliverables, including presentations and brand, marketing, or communications touchpoints and materials.
- Drafting blog posts, web copy, social media posts, and more.
- Writing creative and project briefs.
- Conducting competitive and industry research.
- Developing surveys and analyzing and synthesizing survey data.
- Attending client meetings, taking notes, and drafting status reports.
- Providing excellent client service and engaging with our clients to maintain project momentum.

Skills and Experience
- 1 years of experience working for a public relations, brand marketing, communications, or digital agency. Alternatively, in-house experience in a corporate communications, internal communications, or employee relations role.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, science, or related field.
- Demonstrated strategic storytelling ability as evidenced through writing samples.
- Proficient with time-entry and project management systems and presentation software a plus.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
