What You'll Actually Do (and Love):
- Team up with 2–6 dive buddies to rip out lake weeds by the roots—underwater and on shore.
- Haul bags of vegetation (up to 80lbs—get those gains!).
- Work outdoors rain or shine, get paid drive time in the company truck, and crush physical work that actually matters for our lakes.

Scuba Reimbursement Program:
-Must get certified by the first of July
- Must work 325 Hours in the '26 season
-Remain in good standing with the company (if terminated for performance or misconduct, or employee quits. Then no reimbursement is paid out).
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
