The Waterfront Rescue Mission, recognized in 2025 as one of the Best Christian Workplaces in the country, is hiring a positive, highly productive, safety-minded and team oriented Sales Associate! Sales Associates provide fast, friendly, and accurate check out services for our customers using computerized cash register systems. Basic math skills, accuracy, and a sense of urgency are important. Cashiers are tasked with bagging their customers' orders and helping shoppers find items in the store. Your outgoing personality will be a plus! Store hours are 9am - 6pm Monday - Saturday and closed on Sunday.

- Cash Handling - register operations to process transactions and refunds. Ensure keying accuracy and accurate drawer reconciliation per Waterfront Rescue Mission (WRM) policy.
- Customer Service - Follow customer service guidelines per WRM policy.
- Store Recovery - Recover store or area at end of shift.
- Perform all reasonable job duties as assigned by Store Management.
