Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Waterfront Thrift Store Management Team, the Maintenance Associate ensures the store is clean at all times in accordance with the guidelines listed below.

Education/Experience: One or more years related experience and/or training in area of maintenance and/or commercial cleaning.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures the sidewalk and parking lot are free of weeds and debris.
- Ensures all glass is clean and free of fingerprints.
- Performs high and low dusting.
- Keeps restrooms stocked at all times.
- Ensure restrooms are clean and in good working order.
- Report items in need of repair to Store Manager or Manager on Duty.
- Empty trash cans throughout the store.
- Report low inventory of store supplies.
- Ensure great customer service at all times. Greet all customer entering the store and any that come within 5’.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures per WRM guidelines.
- Use wet floor cones in mopped locations.
- Practice the established rules for ladder safety.
- Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or other Mission management.
