The Lighthouse Grill is a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant serving tens of thousands of guests each season. We’re seeking a Front of House Manager who’s ready to guide an experienced staff of high-performing servers and bartenders, deliver smooth service, and help us continue evolving what hospitality looks like in Lake George.

What You’ll Do:

· - Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including team supervision, guest satisfaction, and service standards

· - Hire, train, and motivate staff to maintain a high-performing, hospitality-focused team

· - Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless service and quality control

· - Manage reservations, floor plans, and flow to maximize capacity and efficiency

· - Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset

· - Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control initiatives

· - Uphold health and safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations

What We’re Looking For:

· - 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager or FOH leader in a high-volume setting

· - Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

· - Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail

· - Calm under pressure with a hands-on, customer-first approach

· - Familiarity with POS systems, shift scheduling, and basic financial tracking

· - Weekend and holiday availability required (peak season is May–October)
