- CPR/AED Certification required
- First Aid Certification preferred
- CAP Certification Preferred
- Substantial Football coaching experience at the high school level, Head Varsity Coaching Experience preferred
- Knowledge of the fundamental and technical aspects of Football
- Ability to effectively build a Football program, and development of the athletes as Football players
- Must abide by the Waterford School District Coaches Handbook and overall District athletic philosophy
- Plan, organize and facilitate practices
- Oversee and manage a coaching staff
- Oversee and manage competitions
- Assist participants in developing Football skills
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Work effectively with the entire coaching staff and athletic department
- Teach, maintain and enforce character and academic expectations within the program
