This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at our property in New Orleans, LA. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance tasks, conducting routine inspections to identify and address potential issues, and ensuring the functionality and safety of facilities and equipment. They will also respond to maintenance requests and collaborate with the team to support the smooth operation of the property.
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and technical issues
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance practices
- Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to compliance standards
- Ability to operate tools and equipment relevant to maintenance work
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
