Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, carpets, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Conduct routine custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standard.
- Reporting larger issues to the maintenance crew for quick resolution.
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities by following established procedures for cleaning schedules and safety protocols
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored for efficient operations
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial or custodial cleaning with a strong understanding of janitorial best practices
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods suitable for marina facilities
