Position Summary:
The Event Rental Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for accurately pulling, prepping, and processing rental orders to ensure timely and complete deliveries to clients. This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, focusing on quality control, order accuracy, and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull rental inventory based on pull sheets
- Inspect, clean, and prep items to meet company quality standards
- Pack and stage orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies or damages
- Assist with receiving returned rentals, inspecting for damage or missing items
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., ladders, carts, irons)
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Reliable Transportation to and from our office location
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Basic understanding of inventory systems
- Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Impeccable multitasker
- Must be available from 9am-5pm/6pm Monday-Friday with weekend availability during peak seasons (May/June/September/October/December)
