Get ready to make a difference in the lives of pets and their families! Our Receptionist position operates Monday through Friday, starting at 7 AM, with rotating weekend shifts.
At Wateree Animal Hospital, you create a positive experience for clients and their pets. You greet visitors warmly, answer phone calls with clear information about services, and handle appointment scheduling and confirmations. Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with data entry and payments is crucial. You also support the veterinary team with administrative tasks and keep the waiting area tidy and welcoming for all.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for animals
- Desire to provide excellent customer service
- Good critical thinking skills
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Team player with a positive attitude
At least one year of experience as a receptionist at a veterinary practice, as well as previous experience with a multi-line telephone system, is preferred but not required.
