Job Overview:
Culligan of West Reading, an award-winning franchise, is seeking Commercial Installation to join our highly recognized and successful team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain water treatment equipment.
- Complete related paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Assist with the delivery and installation of products and equipment.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Communicate positively with customers and co-workers to maintain good public relations.
- Adhere to all safety rules and Culligan policies.
- Ability to travel daily and stay on the job until completion. Must be willing to be on-call as per contract requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage, work independently, and remotely.
Compensation:
- $28-35/hr depending on experience

Minimum Requirements:
- Appropriate, valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of the city area where you would be working
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written)
- Please note that employees who are offered a position are subject to a DOT physical (at time of hire and every two years after), a drug screen and a background check in accordance with state and Federal laws
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, and electronics is preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a multitasker with strong troubleshooting skills.
