Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Connecticut Home Care Program for Elders

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide in-home care and support to older adults enrolled in the Connecticut Home Care Program for Elders (CHCPE).
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Help with mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping as authorized.
- Provide companionship and support with daily activities.
- Follow the client's care plan and document services provided.
- Report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
- Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred.
- Ability to complete required background checks and agency onboarding.
- Reliable transportation when required.
