The Role: We are currently hiring an Exterior Cleaning & Window Technician to join our field crew. In this role, you won't be stuck behind a desk—you will be working outside at beautiful properties, transforming the look of our clients' homes and businesses.
Whether you are a seasoned window cleaner or looking to learn a new, high-demand trade, if you have a great attitude and a willingness to work hard, we will train you on the rest!
What You Will Do:
Premium Cleaning: Perform high-quality interior and exterior window cleaning, pressure washing, and other exterior maintenance services.
Customer Service: Act as the face of the company on the job site. Communicate professionally, politely, and respectfully with our high-end clientele.
Safety & Equipment: Safely handle, transport, and operate all cleaning equipment, including tall ladders, water-fed poles, and pressure washers.
Quality Control: Perform detailed work. We service luxury properties, so leaving streaks, drips, or a messy job site is not an option.
Teamwork: Work closely with your crew leader to complete daily routes efficiently and on time.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
Attitude & Professionalism: You must be highly dependable, punctual, and presentable. A positive attitude is our #1 requirement.
Physical Stamina: This is an active, physical job. You must be able to stand for long periods, work outdoors in the Florida heat, and safely lift/carry heavy equipment.
Comfort with Heights: You must be 100% comfortable working on ladders and roofs safely.
Driver's License: Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to work.
Experience: Prior experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or general labor is a plus, but not required. We will fully train the right person!
